Meetings sound – most meetings can be heard by using the computer sound. With large meetings this sound can be delayed and out of synchronism. In addition you can use the free phone bridge which not only gives sound that is in synchronism but also allow you to speak to the meeting. To access the Phone Bridge

· Follow the instructions, but basically the only numbers you will need to press are:-

1 - listen to new messages

7 - delete message

11 - listen to message again (this can be done at any point during the message)

(these numbers are given out at the end of each message)
